Cancer taught me that I MATTER! I have become intentional about how I live. I have made my lifestyle my medicine.
When I have first diagnosed with stage four metastatic lung cancer, I was told there was no treatment and no hope. Nine months later, I received my first clean scan. Fast forward five years, and I am faced with yet another diagnosis, but this time, the tumor made a home in my brain, liver, and chest. Fast forward four months later, I received my first clean scan. My story is the definition of HOPE! The more we share our story, the more people will believe that cancer does not have to be a death sentence; it can be a life sentence!
