When a cancer diagnosis strikes, many patients look for ways to take control over what they can with updates to their habits and surroundings. This can look like a commitment to cleaner eating, exercise, and usually includes the question “what should I remove?” when it comes to their homes and personal care routines.

Cancer diagnosis or not, we know that our bodies are exposed to food ingredients, products, and air that isn’t always best for us. But it’s a challenge to understand what we should avoid and what to use instead.

To help shed light on this topic, all-natural cleaning brand Branch Basics has launched an education course called Toss the Toxins. This course takes you through a step-by-step process to understand how products can unknowingly pollute our homes and bodies, and how to take action to replace harmful ingredients with cleaner ones.

In this 12-step, self-paced video series, the founders of Branch Basics lead you though topics like vetting ingredient labels, storing toxic products, pesticides, fragrance, personal care items, laundry, cleaning supplies, plastics, and more.

Branch Basics has graciously offered our Do Cancer community this course for free ($99 value). If you’re interested in removing unnecessary toxins from your home, please follow the steps below:
